Proposed Enterprise and Innovation Centre Nottingham Trent University propose to develop a new Enterprise Innovation Centre, sited within the heart of the City Campus. Site and Design Information The site lies to the north of the 1976 Dryden Building, on a brownfield site, which originally comprised Victorian terraced houses, prior to post war demolition. The building is constrained by the adjacent bank of trees and the resultant root protection zones to the North and West of the site and is constrained on the East by the boundary and on the South by the Dryden Building. The new building will provide 2 000 sm of gross internal floor area over 4 floors. The ground to second floor will align with the existing floors of the occupied Dryden building. Logistics, mitigation of disruption and programme will be critical to the delivery of the development.
