T1-4560 Red Kite Empty Homes Works

Tender description

The works will include the delivery of Empty Homes Works to Empty Homes across Red Kite's 5,900 properties as required. The appointed Contractor is expected to provide an extremely high-quality service at the Employer's properties. This includes satisfactorily completing Orders within the specified time periods, good stakeholder liaison, efficient and accurate record keeping, prompt submission of accounts and immediately responding to any complaints received. The Contractor will also be expected to instil and embed the values and ethos of Red Kite throughout the duration of the Contract.
