Cabhru Housing Association Services wish to establish framework panels of building contractors for undertaking small and medium capital works projects/maintenance works as part of its ongoing housing development and refurbishment programme. The following framework panels will be established: Lot 1: Building Contractors, Small Capital Works Projects/Maintenance Works; Lot 2: Building Contractors, Medium Capital Works Projects. Cabhru Housing Association Services wish to establish framework panels of building contractors for undertaking small capital works projects/maintenance works as part of its ongoing housing development and refurbishment programme. Projects carried out under this framework will range in value from 0 EUR to 2 500 000 EUR (excl VAT). Cabhru Housing Association Services wish to establish framework panels of building contractors for undertaking medium capital works projects as part of its ongoing housing development and refurbishment programme. Projects carried out under this framework will range in value from 2 500 000 EUR to 12 000 000 EUR (excl VAT).
