Tender description

Carry out full renovation works to existing stone outbuildings, yards, sewerage, surface water, etc. to include a stripping and re-slating of existing pitched roofs and carry out works to the front of the main building adjacent to the public road to include the removal of existing ramps, walls, etc. and installation of a new platform lift. A new gas boiler has been installed to serve the existing recently renovated main building and the proposed works. No works are required to the main 2 and half storey existing building. Please note grant funding for this project requires that the works are 50 % complete before 30.6.2019 and fully complete before 30.4.2020.
