TII require a specialist fit out contractor at TII head office, Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8. The contractor should have previous recent experience in the fit out of boardroom/ high quality meeting room and office space. The Office areas that is to be refurbished is circa 550 sq. metres. The works also include a high proportion of specialist mechanical and electrical works, including boiler, chiller & air handling plant, etc. fit out and phase 1 M&E works to be carried out in 2019. Remaining M&E works to be carried out over a further 2 years
