Tender description
This is Phase 2 of a roof replacement scheme. In order to ensure the continuity of warranty across the whole of the building’s roof, Phase 2 will be installed to mirror the first Phase which was specified by Alumasc. Works include Strip designated area of existing roof covering, provide and install tapered insulation, and lay new roof covering. Provide and install deep flow perimeter gutter with new rainwater pipes and fascia. Two windows in Hall at high level to be removed, the opening reduced and new windows installed.
