PAN1990 - Concrete Condition Surveys & Associated Works at Aikman Avenue

Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations to appoint a specialist company to undertake detailed concrete condition surveys and associated minor works to:  Bentburn House  Crayburn House  Deansburn House  Emburn House  Fairburn House Aikman Avenue, New Parks, Leicester LE3 9JQ to establish the condition and durability of their concrete structure. The Supplier will be appointed primarily to undertake the surveys. Any associated remedial works, as identified by the Supplier, will be subject to the Authority's approval. The proposed contract will be for up to a maximum of twelve months. The exact duration of the project will be based on the Supplier's own programme of works as submitted with this Quotation.
