INVITATION TO TENDER - DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A BESPOKE CONCRETE SKATE PARK FACILITY IN NEWMARKET - UNDER ESPO FRAMEWORK 115 George Lambton Playing Fields Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 7BY The project consists of the replacement of the existing timber and metal skate park structures with a bespoke concrete facility including associated drainage, lighting and street furniture. The Contractor's Proposals are to include for the design of a skate park over an entire area of approximately 1630m2. The current budget earmarked for this project is £150,000 and bidders should bare this in mind when designing the scheme. The design should be flexible enough to easily accommodate further expansion should additional funding become available in the future.
