Tender description

Refurbishment works in 18-26 Lyddon Terrace, University of Leeds main campus. The spaces are currently used for teaching, break out and offices. The project will refurbish and alter the spaces to create a modern teaching environment. The works generally consist of the removal of walls to create larger teaching spaces, new small power, lights, data and ventilation. Alterations to the fire alarm, repositioning of distribution boards, the creation of a comms room and associated riser. New carpets and decorations, creation of 2 No. classrooms with glazed partitions, installation of AC to the third floor offices, new sanitary ware in the WC's. New AV to the classrooms. Creation of a store and Consultation room. Works to the existing windows with various single glazed panes to be replaced.
