Tender description

Internal works to achieve compliance in relation to fire safety. The properties located within the high-rise blocks will have tenants in situ during the full contract period, this must be taken into account when carrying out the works. All works included within this project must only be carried out by appropriately qualified engineers/operatives who are sufficiently qualified to carry out the specific works. Internal works to achieve compliance in relation to fire safety as follows: Hume/Nolan House (Stockton) fire alarms, AOV's, suppression systems, mechanical vents and upgrade fire doors. Kennedy Gardens (Billingham 3 blocks) fire alarms, AOV's, boiler plant, SVP replacement, ECR and roof access works. For full details see specifications.
