Homes England is seeking to appoint a Supplier to undertake infrastructure works at the Merrington Lane Site. Works include, but are not limited to: Full site remediation and preparation of development platforms for each phase of development; Advanced Infrastructure Works, Section 38 Spine Road construction, Diversion of existing Northumbrian Water combined sewer and construction of new Section 104 Foul and Surface Water sewers, Construction of new SuDS swales; Diversion of existing underground services and provision of new incoming service to serve all phases; and Construction of 2 new substation buildings; Demolition of Merrington House; and Diversion of existing 900 mm culvert that traverses the site.
