RETENDER Contract 28 Windows & Doors Planned Investment Works for Operational, Schools and Commercial Buildings 2019-2021

Tender description

The Authority invites suitably experienced providers for the above framework for skilled service to providewindow and doors services for planned investment works. The specific projects details that may be procured under this framework contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however, indicative volumes are provided below. The contract has been split into 3 separate lots:- Lot 1 - Aluminium / Steel / UPVC The estimated annualexpenditure for the first year of the Contract is £250 thousand. The estimated volume of work across theterm of the contract is 30. Lot 2 - Timber The estimated annual expenditure for the first year of the Contract is£100 thousand. The estimated volume of work across the term of the contract is 45. Lot 3 Roller Shutters The estimated annual expenditure for the first year of the Contract is £350 thousand. The estimated volume of workacross the term of the contract is 120.
