Tender description

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure a building contractor to refurbish the north wing, lower ground and basement of County Hall, Norwich, Norfolk. A PIN was previously advertised in 2018. The project has been delayed hence a further PIN. The approach is will be design and build; 1 stage. The scope of the work will include a full strip and fit out comprising ventilation and heating solutions, lighting upgrades, new layouts and provision of a variety of spaces such as open plan areas, meeting rooms and a café/deli.
