This is a contract award notice for a completed procurement exercise. Individual projects including housing/residential installs flooring installations for programmed works are to be completed in ether of the following forms: houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale. The specific projects details that may be procured under this framework contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however, indicative volumes, approximate per year are: kitchens and bathrooms 2019-20 = 678, 2020-21 = 252 and 2021-22 =406. Communal Blocks 2019-20 = 121 and 2020-21 = 152. The ProContract project reference is DN378054. The initial contract duration is for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
