Tender description

We require a topographical survey plan of the above area marked up with all utilities and any underground structures to provide to event organisers to assist no apparatus etc is damaged. The reason is we have had two events were problems arose, one a tent stake damaged a fibre optic cable and another event there was a large underground water storage tank belonging to Thames water but Thames weren't even aware of it existence. We require you to plot all utilities and any underground structures showing their extent and any access covers identifying what it might be if possible otherwise mark up as unknow structure below. Any utilities e.g. Gas, Electric, drainage telecom, fibre optics. LBE will provide you with any utility information they hold or have access to If you wish to discuss this please let me know if you think the request is too large and the price is likely to be very expensive please respond giving your indication what you think it might cost.
