Believe Housing Limited, is one of the largest housing associations in the north east of England. As a Community Benefit Society with charitable status, we are the landlord of almost 18,000 homes stretching from the very rural west, to the hustle and bustle of Durham city centre, and the magnificent coastline in the east. We are looking to procure a supplier/suppliers for the 2 Lots to cover various areas of flooring required in residential homes across the groups housing stock. Tenderers may submit a bid for one or both lots. The lots are as follows; Lot 1- Residential carpets and lino Lot 2 - Level Access shower/Wet room flooring Full specification can be found in the attached documents.
