Tender description

The project comprises of the refurbishment of 94m2 of floor area within the Portland Square Building. This includes the refurbishment of an existing computer lab (C203) into a simulated dental learning laboratory with 10no. phantom dental heads and access into the adjoining lab C201. The scheme also creates a prep space linked to the new laboratory and an office area for support staff, and all associated mechanical and electrical works.
