Stevenage Borough Council is seeking competent contractors to tender for internal alterations to the 6th floor of the Council Offices at Daneshill house. The building will continue to be fully occupied during the remodelling work. The tender documents can be accessed from the Supply Hertfordshire website by selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. Note: Site visits are mandatory. Tenders received from contractors who have not been recorded as having attended a site visit will be rejected. Visits must be requested by the contractor by correspondence through the InTend system. Visits will be during scheduled time-slots arranged by the Council during the timetabled date range in section 1.10.1 of the Instructions to Tender. Tenderers to note that more than one bidding organisation may be present at any time slot arranged. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
