The City of Edinburgh Council has a requirement for temporary accommodation for households experiencing or threatened with homelessness. In line with this the Council is seeking a managing agent to secure properties in the private rented sector and undertake property and tenancy management responsibilities of approximately 1850 properties on behalf of the Council.
