Cardiff and Vale University Health Board wish to inform the market that they have awarded a contract for the purchase an existing modular building which is sited on the University of Wales site. The modular build consists of 6 No Portakabin ultima UK 123 modules and 1 No portakabin portaloo PL062K. The Health Board a purchased the facility as the cost to remove the modular building including disconnections and reinstatement of the site was not economically viable when the unit could be utilised for medical services.
