Tender description

The works comprise the creation of a public launch and recovery facility for unpowered craft, including the following: • Provision of tubular steel pile foundations to structural engineer's details, for dock wall and slipway • Provision of a concrete slipway • Provision of a stepped launch and recovery area • Provision of seating area and a flight of steps • Provision of a Geocell grass seeded access track with raised timber edge • Retention and reprofiling of existing banks, including plastic piling, revetments, rock armouring and grass seeding • Deepening of water adjacent to new slip / dock
