Tender description

Galway County Council requires the consultant to provide all property valuation and negotiation services necessary for the acquisition of the relevant residential property/dwellings and relevant commercial/corporate premises for the N6 Galway City Ring Road proposed road development (subject of the proposed road development's compulsory acquisition orders). For more detail on the services required, refer to the contract brief and Schedule B: consultant's services and fees of the form of tender and schedule. The latest date and time for receipt of submissions is 12:00 noon, 9.5.2019. The latest date and time for submission of queries is 12:00 noon, 19.4.2019. The date of contract award is envisaged in Q2 2019. The consultant will be required to perform the services in five (5) stage services. The consultant will be required to complete the first four (4) stage services within three (3) months of the date of contract award.
