Overhaul and refurbishment work

Tender description

The Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of contractors for refit and refurbishment contracts within the UK. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, refurbishment and refit requirements. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies, including charities in the UK (the full list is available in the tender synopsis on the in-tend portal — https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/home). Public sector bodies may approach the appointed organisation to either, directly appoint or further compete their requirement under this framework. It is recognised that there may be an overlap with some of the frameworks managed by Pagabo where there are some elements of refit and refurbishment. Where this is unclear going forward and a potential overlap in the scope, the use of the refit and refurbishment framework shall be based on the overall scope and budget of the refit and refurbishment being 80 % or more. Refit and refurbishment projects between 250 000 GBP and 999 999 GBP. Refit and refurbishment projects between 1 000 000 GBP and 4 999 999 GBP. Refit and refurbishments projects between 5 000 000 GBP and 14 999 999 GBP. Refit and refurbishment projects between 15 000 000 GBP and 29 999 999 GBP. Refit and refurbishment projects for 30 000 000 GBP or greater.
