The workload may include: a wide range of building work, including work relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing: various types of work including new build work, refurbishment, and renovation work, work in occupied buildings and projects with a significant element of mechanical and electrical work; contractor design in part or whole. Lot 2 £500,001-£3,500,000 All aspects of general building works (including but not limited to mechanical and electrical works) are included under the framework. The workload may include: a wide range of building work, including work relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing: various types of work including new build work, refurbishment, and renovation work, work in occupied buildings and projects with a significant element of mechanical and electrical work; contractor design in part or whole.
