Wigan Council are seeking to establish a framework for the provision of construction of new dwellings within Wigan Borough. Wigan Council aim to construct approximately 600 new units over a number of sites and schemes during the life of the framework, however, this is not guaranteed and could fluctuate. The schemes and sites will vary in size, number of units and value of works. Approximately 2-thirds of our requirement will be specialist and supported housing (Lot 1a, Lot 1b and Lot 1c) Approximately 1-third of our requirement will be general needs’ housing (Lot 2a, Lot 2b and Lot 2c). We would anticipate spend to be approximately 60 000 000 GBP on various schemes under this framework across both lots.
