CHIC is looking to establish a national Framework (England and Wales) covering planned works of installation or replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, electrical installations and heating systems (including periodic testing and servicing of the same) and for fire spread prevention works. The Framework would be accessible for all current and future members of CHIC and members of other consortia who join CHIC to access these works. This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future members) with a Framework of works contractors able to undertake the installation or replacement of kitchens and bathrooms with appropriate associated works. This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future members) with a framework of works contractors able to undertake the installation, replacement, refurbishment or repair of pitched or flat roof coverings. This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future members) with a framework of works contractors able to undertake the installation, replacement, refurbishment, repair, inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations. This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future members) with a framework of works contractors able to undertake the installation, replacement, refurbishment, repair and servicing of heating, ventilation and electricity generating installations. This is an open procedure procurement which is intended to provide CHIC Members (and future members) with a framework of works contractors able to undertake fire stopping and compartmentation works including fire doors and all related programme works and inspections.
