Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council shall be commencing a procurement process for the provision of school bus services over the next couple of months. The purpose of the contract is for the conveyance of primary, secondary and SEN students across the island to/from local educational bases. The scope for approximately 1 400 students with an anticipated spend of 2 300 000 GBP per year over an 4 + 4 year contract period, with services commencing from September 2020. It is intended that the procurement process shall be run using the competitive procedure with negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
