Bracknell Forest Borough Council (the “Council”) intend to procure a Private Sector Partner ("PSP") with whom to establish an incorporated joint venture for the development of multiple sites in Bracknell and the surrounding area. This may include the PSP providing construction and/or development management services to the Council and/or the joint venture entity. This notice is not a call for competition. If you are likely to be interested in or would like to be kept informed about such opportunity please inform the Council via the email address shown in Section I.1) (above). The Council and/or any of its advisers reserve the right to contact any interested parties who notifies the Council of its interest. The Council intends to hold a pre-market engagement event with interested parties, to discuss the project in further detail. The event is intended to be held at The Grange Hotel, Bracknell on Wednesday the 23.5.2019.
