Lincoln St Peter in Eastgate Infants School Windows and Roof repairs

Tender description

The project comprises the removal of glazing from the original/ historic stone window frames. The stone windows are to remain unaltered and replacement double glazed units are to be installed within the original apertures in the stonework. Also included within the scheme are four additional windows to be replaced within brickwork and timber surrounds. Roofs to both teaching blocks require repairs to slate areas and lead sheet detailing. An existing external door also requires timber repairs. The Principal Contractor will be expected to organise/ facilitate a detailed survey by the window installer ahead of the Construction Phase.
