Refurbishment of 1 - 5 The Quadrant, Dunstable Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to refurbish five, two-bedroom maisonettes, at 1-5 Broadwalk North, Quadrant Shopping Centre, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 4RW. Each of the apartments will incorporate a kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom/s. New heating and electrical wiring is to be provided. It is anticipated that the contract will start in May 2019 and complete in August 2019. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Wednesday 10th April 2019
