Tender description
SCDC is creating an Investment Partnership Framework Contract, therefore SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced partners that have the resources, skills and competencies to jointly invest in development opportunities that deliver financial returns. The Investment Partnership Framework Contract be advertised through the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and will use the open tendering procedure compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract is set to start from the 1.5.2019. The contract term is for an initial 2-year term with the option to extend (at the discretion of SCDC) for a further 2-year term.
