Tender description

Appointment of Independent Tenant and Homeowner Adviser's to form a panel of providers under a Framework Agreement, from which to call-off, to provide independent and impartial advice to tenants and homeowners on estates affected by the Council’s estate regeneration proposal. The London Borough of Sutton is exploring plans for the regeneration of its housing estates in and around Sutton town centre. The programme will play an important role in improving housing standards, enabling housing growth and transforming Sutton town centre. Resident involvement is key to successful estate regeneration and Sutton Council is keen to ensure that its residents' are fully engaged and at the heart of decision making on the future of their homes. To strengthen community involvement, the Council wishes to appoint specialist residents adviser's to form a panel of independent tenant and homeowner advisers under a Framework Agreement, from which the Council in collaboration with its residents can call-off, to provide independent advice and support to residents on estates where regeneration is being considered.
