The council is wising to procure Bristol City Council is looking for experienced contractors to carry out structural investigation and repairs and concrete repairs to the City Council's Housing stock to both vacant and occupied properties. This could be to any of the property within the city councils housing portfolio of over 27000 dwellings of various traditional and non-traditional build types, including walk up type flats, Multi storey blocks, sheltered schemes, garage sites and other communal spaces citywide managed by Housing Delivery.
