This notice is to advise the market of the provisional award of contract for Bath Quays North Developer Partner (DP) to develop the existing site for mixed office, residential and leisure use. The contractor will be responsible for the necessary master planning, site assembly, design, planning applications, enabling infrastructure provision, development management and procurement of construction contractors for all of the development services concerned with the re-development, construction, funding and financing, marketing, letting and asset management of the scheme.
