Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable supplier for the demolition and development of Meadows Police Station site. Meadows Police Station, 21 Market Rent Apartments – The Meadows Police Station is located on Saffron Gardens, next to the former development project of 55 new homes in the Meadows, completed by NCH in 2017. The redevelopment of the former police station will continue the regeneration of the estate as a whole and will further support the introduction of mixed tenure communities. This will be NCH’s first market rent new build scheme, delivering 21 new apartments to rent privately to Nottingham people. Currently, the police station is still standing. Demolition and site clearance could be included as part of the contract with the successful tenderer.
