Thames View Kitchen Refurbishment

Tender description

The aim of this project is to revise the existing kitchen facility at Thames View Primary School, Bloors Lane, Rainham, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 7DS. The existing kitchen is to be revised off of the original to provide additional workspace and facilities as specified. The proposed works will include the removal of the existing kitchen equipment, floor coverings, ceilings, internal brick partition walls and all services as required, blocking of windows, doors, vents, reforming the kitchen new layout as per the proposed drawings and providing, white rock wall linings, floor covering, ceilings and new services for the new specified equipment. The contractor will retain and put to one side any removed equipment i.e. worktops, sinks etc. for later use elsewhere. The new stainless steel ventilation canopy vented through the external wall, new 6 burner Falcon gas cooker, relocated existing kitchen equipment etc. as per proposed drawing. The contractor will make good all works, decorate and supply and install of catering equipment including the ventilation canopy.
