Refurbishment work

Tender description

The university has over 100 buildings on and off campus ranging from teaching space and lecture theatres, laboratories and workshops, office space, student accommodation, farms and sports facilities. Building work may be undertaken in all of these environments. The scope of works includes the provision of various buildings works as and when required for the repairs, maintenance and improvements of the University premises. The University typically contracts for these works using a Measured Term Framework Agreement. Works will be appointed as and when required by the University. The University is anticipating spending between 2 500 000 GBP and 5 000 000 GBP during each year of the framework agreement on these works which are typically between 100 000 GBP and 200 000 GBP for each call off contract under the agreement.
