Tender description

The university has over 100 buildings on and off campus ranging from teaching space and lecture theatres, laboratories and workshops, office space, student accommodation, farms and sports facilities. Building work may be undertaken in all of these environments. The scope of works includes the provision of various buildings works as and when required for the repairs, maintenance and improvements of the University premises. The University typically contracts for these works using a Measured Term Framework Agreement.
