Tender description

NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a framework agreement for Enteral products such as Enteral foods and supplements, giving sets, syringes and tubing used for Enteral feeding and bile bags along with associated accessories in order to supply to NHS Supply Chain depots (and its Customers) via the stock route. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 16 411 354 in the 1st year of this framework agreement however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. The estimated value over the total Framework Agreement term (over a 2 + 2 term) is up to the value of 67 493 573 GBP. The amalgamation of the following framework agreements; Enteral feeding devices syringes systems and associated products & bile bags and associated tubing. Products including but not limited; bile bags and associated tubing, Enteral feeding syringes, tubing, PH indicator paper, extension & feed sets, buttons, nasal anchoring systems, Enteral drainage bags and associated consumables, giving sets, feeds, adapters and nutritional supplements. Applicants will be required to include evidence of this with their tender submission. The following certification will be a requirement of the upcoming tender exercise. ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent externally accredited and up-to-date quality standard certificate(s) to cover all segments of the applicant's (and the product's) supply chain. If such certificates are not in the name of the applicant then the applicant must supply a copy of agreements setting out the authority and responsibilities of all parties in the supply chain. This should include but not be limited to manufacturing storage and distribution. Further information in respect of certification requirements will be set out in the notice for the forthcoming procurement.
