GB-Derby: Refurbishment of Computer Labs - Markeaton Street Campus

Tender description

Partial refurbishment of the Second Floor computer lab space sited on the Markeaton Street campus, Derby, DE22 3AW. A requirement for this tender is that all who wish to quote the works need to visit the site. Due to the high usage of the rooms, visits will have to be formed as bidder days. The only time slots available over the tender period where the rooms are free to view are 8:00am till 9:00am on Thursday 8th March and 1:00pm till 4:30pm on Wednesday 14th March. It is therefore imperative that contractors create the time for themselves and necessary sub-contractors to attend. These are the only slots available, there will be no extra days or time extensions on the slots. Date for commencement of the works: Wednesday 25th July 2018 Completion of Rooms MS213 and MS214: Thursday 9th August 2018 Completion of all works: Thursday 16th August 2018 Tendering contractors are required to confirm their ability to comply with these dates as part of their tender submission.
