Proposed multi-element improvements comprising kitchen replacement works (inc. M and E), conversion from existing “Economy 7” electric heating to mains-fired gas, external cyclical redecoration works to include pre-paint remedial works, restoration of external facades including render cleaning, clearance and flushing clear of rainwater goods, glazing replacement works, removal and replacement of external doorsets, provision of a new door-entry / intercom system (where required) to serve a number of the upper-storey apartments, rainwater goods clearance and essential repairs, refurbishment works to the internal communal areas serving each accommodation block.
