Tender description

The work consists of the demolition of all the buildings at Soffham Farm Depot, Soffham Close, Hull, and the removal of the ground floor slab, sub-structure and foundations. All existing hardstandings, footpaths and redundant drainage, sewers, services, etc, are to be removed. Some of the existing manholes and drainage system are to be retained. The existing brickwork boundary walls and metal gates are to be removed, and the site reinstated with sub-soil, topsoil and grass seed. A new kneerail with timber posts and galvanised steel rails is to be placed around the site, and a new metal barrier gate erected.
