Tender description
A Devon County Council framework agreement for carrying out minor construction works covering the periodfrom April 2018 to March 2022. The number of schemes is not known. The schemes, each of which will have anestimated value of from 10 000 GBP up to 500 000 GBP or 1 000 000 GBP as appropriate, will be the subjectof an individual Works Order issued by the Project Manager/Supervisor. The types of works include footways,cycle routes, bus priorities, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming and works to recycling centres. Structural work,such as retaining walls and bridge deck repair, may also be included. The Form of Contract will be the NEC3Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013).
