Tender description

The scheme consists of, but is not limited to, the design and new build construction of a two storey auditorium, comprising piled foundations, glazed facades with terracotta rainscreen, steel frame with inner insitu concrete box to the auditorium, structural walls, columns and floor slabs, core acoustic protection and external performance space. The procurement procedure will follow the European Public Procurement Rules Negotiated Procedure.
