Westminster City Council would like to invite developers to attend a briefing session for the soft market testing of the Ebury Bridge Estate Regeneration. We want to share with you our proposals to build on the vibrant location and secure a successful neighbourhood where people live and thrive. A robust and thorough consultation process is underway, as the existing residents and retailers must be closely involved with the selection of the most preferable proposal. Westminster City Council would like to invite developers to attend a briefing session for the soft market testing of the Ebury Bridge Estate Regeneration. We want to share with you our proposals to build on the vibrant location and secure a successful neighborhood where people live and thrive. A robust and thorough consultation process is underway and residents must be central to all decisions made. Following a previously unsuccessful scheme, Arup have been appointed to test eight scenarios which range from full refurbishment through to full redevelopment of the estate. The aim of the council is to deliver more and better housing, significant increases in the quality of public space, a better connected neighborhood and a more sustainable commercial and retail environment. WCC is committed to delivering new affordable homes and regenerating housing areas within the borough and we want to understand how we can work most effectively with partners to do so.
