Tender description

Building and decanting works at University House the University of Portsmouth. The works comprise the refurbishment of the two floors including the replacement of the floor finishes, decoration to the existing walls, new partitions, new doors, replacement of the existing ceiling, dismantling, storing and rebuilding loose and fixed furniture and associated mechanical and electrical works. Additionally the works include moving and re-locating furniture and equipment as noted in the schedules produced by the University of Portsmouth and issued with the tender.
