Tender description

Estates and Campus Services at the University of Leicester are seeking to implement a 4 year framework agreement for all minor works and building fabric maintenance, for use where projects are less than GBP 1 000 000 in value. The total value is anticipated to be GBP 4 700 000 per year. Main contractors who are interested in this opportunity are invited to an open day on the afternoon of the 1.3.2018. Please see delta for further information and to confirm attendance. This Lot is for projects where the net construction value falls between 10 000 and 150 000. It is anticipated that there will be 800 000 of work per year and circa 40 projects. This Lot is for projects where the net construction value falls between 150 000 and 500 000. It is anticipated that there will be 1 900 000 of work per year and circa 10 projects. This Lot is for projects where the net construction value falls between 500 000 and 1 000 000. It is anticipated that there will be 2 000 000 of work per year and circa 4 projects.
