The contract involves the design and construction of a purpose built centre for the integrated delivery of health and social care services together with specialist social housing for individuals with care needs in Tregaron, Ceredigion, under a design and build form of contract. Mid Wales Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced companies that can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering similar projects. Design and construction of a purpose built centre for the integrated delivery of health and social care services together with specialist social housing for individuals with care needs in Tregaron, Ceredigion under a design and build form of contract. The Health and Social Care accommodation indicatively comprises: Extra care: a) 34 Extra Care Flats; b) 6 Extra Care Flats for use as Health and Social Care Integrated Flexible Units; c) Pharmacy Shell; d) Communal Facilities (including café, servery, day care, spa bathroom, guest suite, kitchen, laundry, staff facilities, stores, plant and circulation). Health and social care: a) General Medical Practice; b) Shared Health and Social Care Accommodation; c) Community Services; d) Ancillary Accommodation including Circulation, Plant, Services and IT. Gross Internal Floor Area. The Indicative Gross Internal Floor Area is around 4 900 m2.
