Tender description

The works consist of detailed design and manufacture, supply and fixing of new mild steel railings to the perimeter walls of the Park to replace original railings which were removed during World War II. All in accordance with the drawings and specification . Due to inconsistencies with the submitted bids, with missing information and specification clarifications to tender and options, we are retendering the work. The tender is for solid bar and post railings, leaded into the copings. In order to be a compliant bid tenderers must submit • Instructions to tender, including all required responses • The specification • The Pricing Schedule, completed • If requested, Environmental Method Statement, completed • Any other requested Method Statements • The Form of Tender (Appendix A to these Instructions) with tender price and the details of the person responsible for submitting the tender inserted • The Declarations (Appendix B to these Instructions) regarding Conflict of Interests, Canvassing and Collusive Tendering and Equalities with the details of the person responsible for submitting the tender inserted • Standardised selection questionnaire. Those tenders that have already submitted and wish to be considered are asked to resubmit attaching all requested documents requested.
