Orbit (the Client) were seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into a contract to provide the design and construction of 45 residential units consisting of 12 no 1B2P apartments, 21 no 2B4P and 12 no 3B5P houses including external works to land off Banbury Road, Southam.
